火烧山油田含油污水与清水可混性研究

摘　　要：讨论了火烧山油田含油污水与清水的混合比例、混注方式、混注条件及混合水的腐蚀、结垢、细菌和悬浮物等问题。通过研究认为,污水和清水中加入化学药剂处理后,在清水占混合水的质量分数为10%～60%之内可按任何比例混合。混注方式宜采用泵前清水罐内混合;混合水不结垢,腐蚀率<0.1mm a,SRB≤102mL-1,TGB≤103mL-1,悬浮物随清水量增加而减少。The mixing proportion, the way of mixed water injection,the conditions of mixed water injection,the corrosion,scaling,bacteria and suspended matter of mixed water,etc. are discussed. The researches show that after the effluent and clean water are treated with chemicals,and when the clean water is at the range of 10%～60% in the mixed water,the mixture can be done in any proportion. The way of mixed water injection is apt to the done in a clean water tank before pumping. No scaling will be formed. The corrosion rate is less than 0.1 mm/a,SRB is less than or equal to 102 mL-1,TGB is less than or equal to 103 mL-1. The suspended matter is decreased with the increase of water.
