摘　　要：研究、总结了适应式变参数控制在水轮机调节系统中的应用情况,指出现代电力系统对调速器运行的新要求;现代水轮机调速器的主要功能是起机组频率调节器和机组功率控制器的作用。This paper summarizes the application of adaptive variable parameters control in the hydro turbine governing system, pointing out the new requirements of the modern power system to the governing system. Main functions of the governing system are following: frequency regulation while unit isolating from power system, power control while unit operating in power system.
