两维空间光调制器及其在实时图象处理中的应用

摘　　要：本文系统的报道了我们研制成功的几种两维空间光调制器,包括液晶光阀(LCLV),Si-LCLV,CRT-LCLV,和光折空间光调制器(PR-SLM)。最后给出利用它们在实时图象处理中的应用成果。This paper describes several two-dimensional spatial light modulators developed in our laboratory. Those devices include LCLV, Si-LCLV, CRT-LCLV, and PR-SLM. Many main material properties and performances as well as response time of the modulators are given. The fundamental functional compabilities and potential applications of these light control devices are also discussed. Finally we used these devices to build up two type optoelectronic hybrid image correlation for pattern recognition systems. The experimental results are also given.
