摘　　要：从组织基础、物质基础和市场基础入手 ,以经济产业的角度 ,对农业产业化的本质、意义及核心等产业关联进行了探讨分析 ;对中国农业产业目前比较典型的“龙头”企业带动型、市场带动型、主导产业带动型、股份合作型等经营模式进行了归纳和概括 ;依据实例并对各种经营模式的适应条件、经营风险、优缺点等进行了初步总结 ;提出搞好农业产业化需围绕产业基础选择合适的产业模式、把握市场进行产业结构调整等措施。Starting from the analysis of organizational style, physical co ndition and market with economic industry viewpoints, the essence, significance and key linking with agricultural industrialization were discussed in the paper. The typical management modes in present agricultural industrialization of China were concluded and summarized, such as leading enterprise spearheading type,market-oriented spearheading type,dominant industy spearheading type,shareholding cooperative type etc,and their corresponding adaptable condition, management venture, the advantages and disadvantages for the varied management modes were preliminarily summarized. In order to construct the agricultural industry successfully,the suitable industrial mode should be selected focusing the industrial base,contribute to the industrial development depending on science and technology,the industrial structure be restructured according to the market,take the road to industrialization by expanding the scale.
