摘  要:目的 探讨胸腺因子 D对垂体 -甲状腺轴内分泌衰老的延缓作用。 方法  雌、雄 2 1月老龄 SD大鼠各随机分成两组 ,一组隔口背部皮下注射胸腺因子 D2 mg· kg- 1 ,另一组及 6月青龄雌、雄对照组注射等量生理盐水 ,连续处理 3个月后 ,用放射免疫法测定腺垂体组织、血清 TSH和血清 FT4 、FT3。结果  腺垂体组织中 TSH在雌、雄大鼠各组间均无差异。雌性老年组血清 FT3低于青龄对照组 ,但无统计意义 ;雄性老年组血清 TSH高于青龄对照组 (P=0 .0 99) ,血清 FT4 和 FT3明显低于青龄对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,给药后 ,上述老年性改变可得到逆转 ,使其水平更接近青龄对照组水平。 结论  胸腺因子 D可逆转老龄大鼠垂体 -甲状腺轴分泌激素的老龄性改变 ,从而延缓衰老。OBJECTIVE To study the retarded senile effects of thymic factor D(TFD)on endocrinic hormones in adenohypophysis and thyroid in old rat.METHODS Twenty one month old female or male SD rats were divided into two groups respectively,one treaded with TFD in the dose of 2mg·kg -1 sc every other day for 3 months,while the other and six month old SD rats with equal physiological saline.After they were sacrificed,the concentrations of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)in pituitary and in serum and free tretaiodothyronine(FT 4)and free triodothyronine(FT 3)in serum were determined by radioimmunoassay.RESULTS The content of TSH in pituitary did not change significantly among the three groups of male or female.While the content of FT 3 in serum in the old female group was lower than that in young control,but not significantly.The concentration of TSH in serum in old male group was higher than that in young control,but not obviously.However,the contents of FT 3 and FT 4 in serum in old male group decreased significantly,when compared with those in young control.The concentrations of TSH,FT 3 and FT 4 in serum in old male group with TFD were between those in old group and young control respectively.CONCLUSION It was suggested that TFD may possess beneficial effects on retarding senile by restoring the homoestasis of endocrinic hormones at the level of adenohypophysis thyroid axis in old rats.
