棘托竹荪正己烷提取物的抑菌作用研究

摘　　要：目的 　研究棘托竹荪正己烷提取物的抑菌效果。方法 　用正己烷对棘托竹荪进行常温和 70℃提取 ,抑菌试验采用牛津小杯法。结果 　提取得率分别为 0 .5 7%和 0 .95 %。提取物对受试菌均有抑制作用 ,桔青霉和啤酒酵母最敏感 ,黑曲霉次之 ,白色假丝酵母、金色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌稍差。食物试验效果较好。 结论OBJECTIVE To study on antimicrobial effect of Dictyophora echinovolvata extracted with n-hexane METHODS Dictyophora echinovolvata had been extracted by n-hexane in room temperature(20-28℃)and at 70℃ Oxford cup method in antimicrobial activity test was applied RESULTS The extraction rate were 0 57% and 0 95% Antimicrobial activity of the extractions had been preliminarily tested, the results showed that Penicillium citrinum and Saccharomuces cerevisiae were the most sensitive,next came Aspergillus niger,and then Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candicla albicans Food tests of the extractions had got good effect CONCLUSION The extractions are natural antimicrobial substance
