摘 要:目的 :探讨减压后脑肿大早期颅内压 (ICP)和脑中线移位的相关性。方法 :应用生理监护仪对 6只猫作减压后 6h内颅内压连续监测 ,应用T1 加权MRI(T1 WI)对相同的 6只猫作减压后 2h、4h、6h颅脑影像动态观察。结果 :减压后 6h内颅内压快速增高 ;肿大的大脑半球向对侧移位逐渐加重。结论 :减压后脑肿大早期 (<6h) ,颅内压和脑中线移位呈中度正相关 (相关系数 0 6 1) ,都能准确反映减压侧脑肿大的程度。Objective:To explor the correlatin between ICP and shift of cerebral midline in early stage of postdecompressive brain bulk enlargement Methods: Used physical monitor, ICP was measured continuely in 6 cats within 6h after decompression T 1 WI was performed in the same 6 cats at the three time points (2h, 4h or 6h after decompression) to examine the shift of cerebral midline Results: ICP raised shortly and obviously after decompression The swollen hemisphere shifted increasingly to the contralater Conclusion:There was medium positive correlation (coefficient=0 61) between ICP and the midline shift in early stage (<6h) of post decompressive brain bulk enlargement Both of ICP and the midline shift could show definitely the swollen degree of the hemisphere in decompressive side
