桂枝茯苓丸的临床应用及药理研究概况

摘　　要：就中医古方桂枝茯苓丸的临床应用之广泛性及其药理研究得出的论据作一概述。提示本方除用于妇科诸证外,已在内、外各科疾病中应用。通过药理实验以证实具有抗凝、改善血粘度、抗炎、镇静、镇痛、抗肿瘤等作用。The paper summarizes the wide clinical application and pharmacological researches of ancient TCM prescription Guizhi Fuling Pill. The paper indicates the prescription is widely applied in internal and surgical diseases besides gynecological diseases. Pharmacological experiments prove that the prescription has the actions of preventing blood coagulation, improving blood viscocity, reliving inflammation as well as sedative, antialgesic and antitumorous actions.
