养木丹颗粒的鉴别研究

摘　　要：目的:建立养木丹颗粒的鉴别方法。方法:利用理化鉴别和薄层色谱鉴别。结果:通过理化鉴别可鉴别出养木丹颗粒中的黄芪;通过薄层色谱鉴别可鉴别出养木丹颗粒中的淫羊藿、黄芪、赤芍3味药材。结论:方法简便、灵敏、重现性好,可用于养木丹颗粒的质量控制。Objective: To establish the differential Granule of Liver - nourishing Granule. Methods: physicochemical differentiation and thin- lay chromatographic identification were applied. Results: Huangqi (Radix Astragali seu Hedysari) was identified via physicochemical method, and Yinyanghuo(Herba Epimedi-i) , Huangqi (Radix Astragali seu Hedysari) and Chishao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra) via thin - layer chromatographic method in Liver - nourishing Granule. Conclusion: The methods are easy, convenient and sensitive, with good reappearance. They may be employed in the quality control of Liver- nourishing Granule.
