摘　　要：目的 :探讨疤痕子宫再次妊娠分娩方式。方法 :对 110例疤痕子宫再次妊娠分娩方式进行回顾性分析。结果 :剖宫产术的孕妇出血量、术后急性子宫炎、新生儿湿肺发生率都明显高于阴道分娩者。结论 :对有剖宫产史的孕妇应加强孕期管理 ,认真进行评估 ,对具备阴道试产条件者应严密观察产程 ,消除“一次剖宫产 ,次次剖宫产”Objective:To investigate the labour ways of the repregnacy of cicatrix uterus. Methods:101 pregnancy women with cicatrix uterus were analyzed on the labour ways and outcomes.Results: The amount of hemorrhage, the incidence of acute endometritics and new-born drowned lung in the cesarean section were higher evidently than those of in the natural labour. Conclusions: It should be carefully to chose the labour ways of the repregnancy of cicatrix uterus. Pregnancy women with suitable natural-delivery conditions should be observed strictly the labour course and we should eliminate the old ideas that once be chosen cesarean section, twice again.
