摘 要:目的 :了解村卫生人员的基本情况 ,了解各类卫生人员工作情况、收入、培训等诸方面的差异。方法 :采用问卷调查的形式对 2 8个省的 2 2 39名村卫生人员进行调查。结果 :被调查卫生人员中 4 0 .2 %文化程度在中专或中专以上 ;5 1.2 %的人看病有记录和处方 ;81.4 %的人在从医后接受过专业培训 ;79.8%的人实际担负着村里的卫生保健工作 ,其中仅 6 8.1%有保健工作的报酬。结论 :必须加强卫生人员的岗前和在岗培训 ,提高基层卫生人员的素质 ;加强对村级卫生人员的管理 ,规范农村医疗行为 ,合理利用卫生人力资源 ;完善目前的保健工作体制 ,激发卫生人员从事保健工作的积极性。Social and Family Health Promote Program was executed in 105 counties in October, 1998. Adopting the questionnaire, we analyzed the status of rural medical workers. The result showed that the educational level of primary medical workers is low, and only 40.2 percent of all were graduated from technical secondary schools or higher schools. The percentage of having records for both diagnosis and prescription is 51.2%, the percentage of having medical training experiences after being a health worker is 81.4%. 79.8% of all were engaged in public health care, but only 68.1% of them could get recompense. Advices:(1)Give more chances for health workers to learn more medical knowledge and techniques.(2)Regulate the rules for individual medical practitioners.(3)Find ways to resolve the problem of the pay ment for health care workers to activate their working enthusiasm.
