摘　　要：本成果是以少量的稀土氧化物(CeO_2)作为助催化剂,并优化了现有熔铁系氨合成催化剂的配方及制备工艺,研究开发成功一种新型稀土氨合成催化剂。实验室测试及工业生产使用结果表明,使用该催化剂可使氨净值及氨产量提高10%以上;在显著提高低温活性的同时,解决了国内外低温高活性型氨合成催化剂普遍存在的抗毒性和耐热性差的难题。Witll a small amount of rare earth oxide(CeO_2)as promoter,a new type ofcatalyst for ammonia synthesis was developed by optimization of the formula andpreparation process of the catalyst,and awarded the patent.It was indicated byapplication that the catalyst could increase the ammonia output and net ammoniavalue by 10％,and have excellent resistance to poisoning and heating.
