摘  要:目的 :观察当归芍药散 (DSS)有无神经保护作用。方法 :采用停灌 /复灌、谷氨酸及过氧化氢诱导离体豚鼠海马脑片缺血样损伤模型 ,以乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)释放率为指标 ,考察DSS及其含药血清的保护作用。结果 :DSS及其含药血清均可明显降低多因素所致离体豚鼠海马脑片损伤模型的LDH增加。研究提示 ,AD神经元退变和死亡与能量代谢障碍、自由基损害和谷氨酸过度激动等关系密切。结论 :DSS具有明显的神经保护作用 ,其机制可能与改善能量代谢、抗氧化及拮抗兴奋性氨基酸等有关。Abstract\ Objective:This paper is aimed to observe the neuroprotective effect of DSS so as to provide further evidence for its therapeutic efficacy in senile dementia.Methods:Neuronal damage was induced by ischemia/reperfusion,glutamate and H\-2O\-2 in hippocampus slices of guinea pigs in vitro.And LDH activity was determined and LDH release ratio was calculated to observe the protective effect of drugs.Results:DSS at the concentration of 7.5,15,30μg/ml and serum containing DSS at the dose of 0.88,1.75,3.50g/ml could significantly inhibited the release of LDH induced by such three factors in different degree.Conclusion:DSS has the remarkable neuroprotective effect,which might be connected with the improvement of energy metabolism,inhibition of oxidation and excitory amino acid.
