摘 要:目的 ,通过对升降散体外抗流感病毒作用及影响感染FMl株的小鼠肺组织中病毒血凝滴度的实验观察 ,探讨升降散抗流感病毒作用 ,为其临床治疗流感及其并发症提供实验依据。方法 :接种FMl流感病毒于MDCK细胞 ,观察升降散体外抗流感病毒作用 ;并以甲型流感病毒滴鼻感染小鼠 ,观察升降散对肺组织中病毒血凝滴度的影响。结果 :体外实验中 ,升降散对流感病毒FMl株的最小有效浓度为 1.5 6 g/ml,表明其能有效地抑制流感病毒在细胞内复制。升降散能明显降低受感染小鼠肺组织病毒血凝滴度 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :升降散对流感病毒在体外培养中及在鼠肺组织中的增殖有一定抑制作用。因此 ,该药可能是一种有实用价值的治疗流行感冒的有效药物。睞bstract〕 Aims To prove the antiviral effect and its mechanism of SJS through laboratorial study with modern medical methods, and to offer a scientific foundation for the applying of SJS on influenza. Methods In vitro, influenza virus FM1 were inoculated into MDCK cells, the antiviral effects of SJS were observed. In vivo, the influences of SJS on titer, of influenza virus A in the pulmonary organization was observed in the mice infected with virus from nose. Results In vitro, the minimal effective concentrations of SJS against the influenza virus FM1 was 1.56g/ml, this medicine inhibited the intracellular replication of influenza virus. In vivo, SJS could decrease the virus titer in mouse lung (P<0.05). Conclusion SJS inhibited the proliferation of influenza virus A in vivo and in vitro. Based upon the results it appears that the SJS may be valuable in treating Influenza. 〔
