扶正化痰法对哮喘豚鼠血清IL-8、TNF-α的影响研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察扶正化痰法对哮喘豚鼠血清IL - 8、TNF -α的影响 ,探讨其防治哮喘的机理。方法 :4 0只健康豚鼠随机分为正常组、造模组、中药组、西药组 ,卵蛋白致敏并诱喘成功后 ,治疗组分别予中药扶正化痰方及西药酮替芬治疗两周 ,测定各组豚鼠血清IL - 8、TNF -α含量 ,比较有无差异。结果 :造模组豚鼠血清IL - 8、TNF -α较正常组明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,中药组豚鼠血清IL - 8、TNF -α较造模组明显下降 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :扶正化痰法 ,能降低哮喘豚鼠血清IL - 8、TNF -α水平 ,减轻免疫炎性反应 ,对哮喘有一定的防治作用。睞bstract〕Objective:To observe the influence of Fu Zheng Hua Tan Fang(FZHTF)by oral administration on IL-8 and TNF-α concentration in guinea__pigs serum.To probe into the mechanism of FZHTF preventing and curing asthma.Methods:40 male guines__pigs in heath were divided into 4 groups:normal control group,model group,FAHTF group and ketolifen group.After senstitization by injecting ovum albumin and inducing asthma successfully,different preventive and curial treatments were given to them.Then the IL-8 and TNF-α concentration in serum were tested.Result:the IL-8 and TNF-α concentration in serum of model group were significantly higher than those of normal control group (P<0.01).After therapy by FZHTF,the IL-8 and TNF-α concentration were lower than those of model group(P<0.01).Conclution:FZHTF can reduce the IL-8 and TNF-α levels in serum.By reducing the reaction of immunal inflammation.FZHTF can prevent and treat asthma. 〔
