四季感冒片的体外溶出度考察

摘　　要：目的:通过对不同批号的四季感冒片溶出速率的测定,考察其质量。方法:转蓝法,用分光光度法测定溶出百分率,提取溶出参数,并对参数进行相关性研究。结果:经统计学处理,糖衣片和浸膏片溶出参数有极显著性差异,45分钟浸膏片溶出百分率在89%以上,糖衣片仅有49～75%。结论:四季感冒片浸膏片比糖衣片具有较高的溶出速率,有必要提高四季感冒片的制剂水平。Purpose:Through test different batch number phaseolus cold tablets' solubility velocity,get the quality.Method:Use swing basket and spectrophotometry to test the percent of solubility,get solubility parameter and do connected research about the parameter.Result:After statistics treatment,there are obviously defference between sugar—coated tablets and extractum tablets,45 minutes extractum tablets'solubility percent is over 89%,and sugar—coated tablets only 49～75%。Conclusion:To phaseolus cold tablets,extractum tablets have better solubility ve- locity than sugar—coated teblets.
