摘  要:应用小波变换的方法对发动机润滑油的近红外吸收光谱进行分析,研究了润滑油近红外吸收光谱随发动机工作时间变化的规律,为快速定性分析润滑油的性能、确定润滑油的使用周期提供了一种新颖、可靠的分析方法。试验使用8个润滑油样本,建立了润滑油使用时间与近红外光谱之间的数学关系,为进一步快速定量检测润滑油的性能、确定润滑油的使用周期提供了理论和试验方法。The nearinfrared radiation reflection spectroscopy(NIRDRS) is an new analyzer.It is widely used in the field of lubricating oil analysis,but there are a few reports about determining the period of lubricating oil and the time to renew the lubricating oil.The charactes of lubricating oil (CF 15W/40) along with the time is analyzed by NIRDRS.The mathematical formulas between the working time of lubricating oil and NIRDRS were put forward.A similar linear relationship between the NIRDRS absorbance and the 8 sample oil contents in different working time was observed.So the initial data were treated by the first and the second derivatives and the four calibrating equations were obtained. These results show that NIRDRS can analyze the characters of lubricating oil quickly and determine the time of renewing lubricating oil.It provides an new technical method to increase the efficiency and prolong the life of diesel engine.
