摘　　要：2002年是煤炭经济运行持续好转的一年。多项指标创历史最好水平,煤炭供需关系基本平衡。这是国民经济快速增长、我国加入WTO、放开发电用煤价格的政策效应,以及宏观调控由非理性向理性转变和微观激发活力等因素综合作用的结果。但是,煤炭行业还没有根本好转,还没有进入良性循环。China’s coal economic operation in 2002 has been continually changing better comparing with last several years. Many indexes implicate the highest level in historical coal industry development. The coal demand and supply is basically at balance. These resulted from the integrated functions of rapid growth rate of GDP, effects of entry into WTO and policy of power coal price deregulated, transformation from irrational macro control to rational one and stimulating the enterprises’vigor. But the economic operation of coal industry has not yet got better, and without being in the virtuous circle.
