摘 要:本研究分别探讨了F株鸭新型疱疹病毒对番鸭、半番鸭、鹅和SPF鸡的致病性。经实验室人工感染试验表明该株病毒可导致雏番鸭、雏半番鸭发病、死亡 ,对雏番鸭的致死率为 2 5 %~ 6 6 .7% ,对雏半番鸭的致死率为 2 0 % ,且死亡鸭表现出与自然感染该病的病死雏番鸭、雏半番鸭相同的病变 ,自致死鸭脏器中重新分离到原攻击病毒 ;人工感染幸存鸭大多腹泻、生长发育明显受阻、体况消瘦。通过同居感染雏番鸭试验结果表明 ,该病毒不易经空气传播。对雏鹅、SPF雏鸡的人工感染试验结果可见 ,该病毒对雏鹅。The pathogenicities of new type herpesvirus F strain (duck hemorrhagic disease virus) isolated from diseased muscovy ducks with hemorrhages in liver, pancreas, spleen and intestine mucous membrane, were determined to the ducks, geese and SPF chickens. The tested results showed that this virus could cause muscovy ducklings or semi_muscovy ducklings to disease and die, their mortalities were 25%~66.7% and 20% respectively. The dead ducklings showed characteristic hemorrhages in the livers, spleens, pancreata as same as the lesions of the muscovy ducklings or semi_muscovy ducklings infected naturally with this disease, and the challenged virus were reisolated from them. The survival ducks infected experimentally with this virus were markedly stunted in growth. The result of cohabitation infection in muscovy ducklings with this virus indicated that it was not easy to disseminate by air_borne way. No pathogenicity to the goose or SPF chicken were demonstrated by intramuscular inoculation with this virus.
