补肾固精方治疗狼疮性肾炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：为研究补肾固精方 (主药 :生地黄、生黄芪、桑螵蛸 )治疗狼疮性肾炎 (LN)的疗效与机理 ,5 9例LN患者随机分为治疗 (A)组 (3 7例 ) ,用补肾固精方加糖皮质激素治疗 ;对照 (B)组 (2 2例 ) ,单用激素治疗 ,疗程同为 3个月。结果 :A组的临床疗效优于B组 ,同时在降低 2 4h尿蛋白、血沉、抗ds DNA抗体 ,提高C3水平 ,减少激素用量方面 ,A组也优于B组。提示在LN治疗中 ,补肾固精方有减少激素用量。In order to study the therapeutic effects and mechanism of 'Kidney Tonifying and Essence Containing Formula' (main ingredients: Radix Rehmanniae, Radix Astragali, Ootheca Mantidis) in the treatment of lupoid nephritis (LN), 59 LN cases were divided randomly into the treatment group (A) (37 cases), treated by 'Kidney Tonifying and Essence Containing Formula' plus glucocorticoid hormone, and the control group (B) (22 cases), treated singly by hormone, both for three months. The results showed that Group A was better than Group B in the clinical therapeutic effects and also in the aspects to decrease 24 hour proteinuria, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, anti ds DNA antibody and to elevate C 3 level and to decrease hormone dose, indicating that in treating LN, 'Kidney Tonifying and Essence Containing Formula' possesses the functions to decrease hormone dose and enhance the clinical therapeutic effects.
