摘  要:探索静力训练对大鼠 β 内啡肽及其前体前阿黑皮素 (POMC)基因表达的影响。 168只大鼠随机分为静力训练高(A)组、中 (B)组、低负荷 (C)组 ,动力训练 (D)组 ,绑缚 (E)组和正常 (F)组 6组 ,六周后 ,分别检测安静和运动后即刻下丘脑、垂体、血浆 β 内啡肽及下丘脑POMCmRNA含量。结果 :静力训练和动力训练均可以提高下丘脑POMC基因转录水平 ,但静力训练提高了安静和运动后中枢 β 内啡肽含量及下丘脑POMC基因转录水平。结论 :启动内源性 βIn order to explore influence of static training on β endorphin and POMC genetic expression in rats, 168 rats were randomly divided into six groups: high load (A), medium load (B), low load (C) group, dynamic training (D) group, banding (E) group and normal (F) group. Six weeks later, the instant contents of hypothalamus, hypophysis, plasma β endorphin and hypothalamus POMC mRNA were respectively determined after tranquility and motion. The results showed that both static training and dynamic training could enhance the transcript level of hypothalamus POMC gene, but the static training had elevated the central β endorphin content and its interpretation level after tranquility and motion. The conclusion is that the trigger of internal β endorphin genetic expression might be one of the internal mechanisms in effect of the static training.
