自体疣埋植治疗尖锐湿疣及其对机体T细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究自体疣组织埋植治疗尖锐湿疣 (CA)疗效及其对机体细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 :将 98例尖锐湿疣患者随意分成两组 ,A组采用自体疣组织埋植 +CO2 激光治疗 ,B组单用CO2 激光治疗 ;两组治疗前后均检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群。结果 :A组复发率低 ,疗效优于B组 ,A组与B组比较 ,CD+ 8细胞数量明显下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,CD+ 4 细胞数量及CD+ 4 /CD+ 8比值明显提高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :自体疣组织埋植治疗尖锐湿疣疗效好 ,能降低复发率 。Objective:To study the efficiency of the auto-verruca embedding on condyloma acuminatum (CA) and human cell immunologic function.Methods:98 cases with CA were devided randomly into 2 groups. The group A were treated with auto-verruc embedding combined with CO 2 laser surgery, while group B with CO 2-laser only. T-lymphocyte subpopulation s i n peripheral blood of each patient in two groups were determined before and afte r therapy. Results:The relapse rate in group A was lower than in gr oup B. In group A, CD + 8 cell percentage was decreased ( P<0 05 ), C D + 4 cell percentage and the ratio of CD + 4/CD + 8 increased ( P<0 05 ). Conclusion:The effect of embedment of auto-verruca in case with CA was good in treatment and the regimen also decreased the relap se rate obviously. The mechanism of the process may be that th e auto-verruca embedding can improve the cell immunologic function of patients w ith CA.
