国产甲肝减毒活疫苗免疫接种后抗体水平检测分析

摘　　要：目的　了解本市 1～ 7岁儿童甲肝抗体水平 ,评价国产甲肝减毒活疫苗的接种效果。方法　采用酶联免疫吸附试验对接种国产甲肝减毒活疫苗后 3个月的 1～ 7岁儿童进行甲肝IgG抗体检测。结果　共检测 185 2人 ,总抗体阳性率为 6 3.8% ;抗体阳性率与接种次数关系明显 ;但与年龄变化不大 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;免疫接种后 3年内抗体阳性率下降不明显。结论　我市 1～ 7岁儿童甲肝抗体阳性率较低 ,不能形成很好的免疫屏障 ,对接种国产甲肝减毒活疫苗的儿童在间隔 6个月左右再加强免疫一针 。Objective To understand anti-HAV level of children at age of 1～7 years old and estimate the effect of domestic HAV attenuated vaccine immunization.Methods 1852 children at age of 1～7 years old immunized with live attenuated HA vaccine were investigate and their serum samples were collected at least 3 months later after immunization for detecting anti-HAV-IgG.Results The general antibody positive seroconversion rate was 63.8%. There existed correlation between the rate and the times of immunization. But no difference was found in children at different age. The antibody positive rate did not reduce obviously within 3 years after immunization.Conclusions The antibody positive rate was lower among children at age of 1～7 years old in Hefei. A good immune barrier still was not established. The effect of 0, 6month schedule was much better than that of only one dose.
