摘　　要：研究多原子极性半导体中强耦合体极化子内部激发态的性质 ,采用线性组合算符和么正变换方法计算多原子极性半导体中强耦合体极化子的基态能量 ,第一内部激发态能量和激发能量 .In this paper,the properties of internal excited state of the strong-coupling bulk polaron in a polyatomic polar semiconductors are studied.The ground state energy,the first internal excited state energy and the excitation energy of the strong-coupling bulk polaron in a polyatomic polar semiconductors were calculated by using linear combination operator and unitary transformation methods.
