应用亚低温冬眠疗法抢救重型颅脑损伤疗效观察

摘　　要：为研究亚低温对急性重型颅脑损伤病人的治疗作用及临床效果 ,将 48例重型颅脑损伤病人 ,随机分为亚低温治疗组和对照组 .亚低温治疗组 2 2例 ,均于伤后 2 4小时内行亚低温治疗 ,对照组 2 6例 ,应用脱水、激素、止血、抗感染及预防上消化道出血等药物治疗 .结果两组疗效有显著性差异 ,提示亚低温疗法具有肯定的脑保护作用 ,是安全有效的重型颅脑损伤的治疗方法 ,可降低死亡率 ,无严重并发症 .To investigate the clinical effect of applying Mild hypothermia to severe head injure(SHI)patients,A total of 48 cases with severe head injure(SHI)were divided into 2 group at random.22 cases were treated with Mild hypothermia within 24 hours.In the contrast group 26 cases were treated with dehydration,hormone,stanch bleeding,anti-infection and some drugs to prevent upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Mild hypothermia and hibernation therapy is effective and safe in the treatment of severe head injure(SHI).Without serious complication,Mild hypothermia own a positive protection for brain.When it was applied into the clinical cure,it can exactly reduce the mortality rate.
