摘 要:理论与实验相结合的方法 ,深入研究EDM石墨电极Hauseman研磨研具的磨损与堵塞问题。首先分析研具磨损的形式和机理、研具堵塞的类型和形貌 ,接着分析研究影响研具堵塞的因素 。The technique of abrading EDM graphite electrodes with Hauseman method is a new technique making EDM graphite electrodes based on rapid prototyping (RP) technology. It is also the relative technique of RP technology. It involves the computer technique, material science, bonding technique, chemistry, automating control and mechanical engineering. The abrading effect of Hauseman abrading technique to a large extent depends on the function of abrading tool. The problem of its wear and plug problem of abrading tool becomes the key problem needed to be solved. It also determines the effect of abrading. The problem of the wear and plug of the tool used to abrade EDM graphite electrodes with Hauseman method was deeply researched by means of combining theory and experiments. Firstly, the form and internal principle of wear about abrading tool, the shape and the type of plug about abrading tool were analyzed. Secondly, the affecting factors of abrading tool were analyzed and researched. Finally, the improving measurements are put forward.
