摘 要:城市用水结构的合理确定与科学预测是制定水资源发展利用规划的前提和基础 ,对于实现区域水资源的合理配置 ,乃至社会经济的协调发展均具有重要意义。该文在分析北京市工、农业和生活用水等在结构上的变化及其规律的基础上 ,系统阐明了造成这种变化的主要驱动力因子 ,并探讨了未来用水结构的发展趋势及其对未来水资源供需形势的影响 ,旨在为协调水资源与社会经济发展的关系、制定合理的水资源利用体系、促进可持续发展提供依据。Recognizing and forecasting the water consumed structure rationally and scientifically is essential to establish the water resources exploitation and utilization planning, which is also very important to realize the rational allocation of water resources and the harmonious development of society and economy. In this paper, through analyzing the change of water resources consumed structure, including industrial, agricultural and daily domestic water consumed, major driving forces of the change are explored systematically. Then the trend of water consumed structure in the future and its influence on balance between water supply and demand are discussed. The purpose of the paper is to provide scientific basis for the harmonious development between socio economy and water resources, for the establishment of rational water utilization system, and for the sustainable development in Beijing.
