摘　　要：研究了以Co(Ⅱ)络合物为催化剂 ,α_卤代萘与叔己酮碳负离子的自由基链式亲核取代反应(SRN1)产物α_萘基叔己酮的薄层色谱扫描定量分析方法 ;定量分析的线性范围为0～4.4μg,平均回收率99 %～101 %,异板间相对标准偏差为2.3 %,同板相对标准偏差为1.6 %。A method for the quantitative determination ofα-naphthylpinacolone of S RN 1reaction product of naphˉthalene halide with carbon anion of pinacolone in the presence of Co(Ⅱ)complexcatalyzer was established by thin- layer chromatographic densitometry.The reaction products were separated on silica gel plate GF 254 with a mixed developing agent of petroleum ether-1,2-dichloroethane(7∶3by volume),and scanned by TLC scanner.A linear range of0～4.4μg and recoveries of99%～101%were obtained.The inter-plate RSD and intra-plate RSD were2.3%and1.6%,respectively.
