摘　　要：20 0 2年 ,我国煤炭经济运行部分指标创历史最好水平 ,煤炭市场供需两旺 ,煤炭市场供需基本平衡 ,煤炭企业经营状况持续好转 ,简单再生产能力有所提高 ,对全国原煤产量目标的调控开始趋于理性。但是 ,大中型煤矿生产能力严重不足 ,非法煤矿产量趁机增加 ,煤炭行业尚没有进入良性循环。预计 2 0 0Some of China's coal economy operation indices achieved the historic highs in 2002, which are reflected by sufficient supply versus vigorous demands, basically balanced coal supply and demand on the market, coal mines' business operation turning for the better, simple reproduction capacity improved and the regulation on the national raw coal output tend to be more reasonable. However, production capacity of large- and medium-sized coal mines suffered bad insufficiency and illegal coal mines increased their coal output by big margin by taking advantage of this chance. This shows that coal sector as a whole has not yet entered into a benign circle. It is thus expected that the year 2003 will still witness the improvement of China's coal economic performances.
