摘　　要：针对我国目前大部分矿山管理模式落后及信息化程度低等现状 ,本文介绍了一种全新的管理模式———供应链管理 (SCM ) ,并基于供应链管理思想及信息技术 ,提出了矿山管理信息化的实施策略 ,这将对我国矿山企业实现现代化管理 ,参与国际竞争起到一定的借鉴意义。With an eye to the backward mine maagement and poor informatization of most mines in China,this paper introduces a wholly new management mode supply chain management(SCM) and proposes the implementation strategy of informatization of mine management based on the supply chain management idea and information technology.Chinese mine enterprises can benefit from the paper in realizing the modern management and attending the international competition.
