摘　　要：针对工程测量放样时已知点不通视的情况,提出了测站点移位和定向点移位进行偏心观测,求定待定点的方法。In allusion to sight-interruption of datum points, this paper put forward the method of the displacement of collimation points and station point to implement observation out of center to figure out undetermined points. 
