摘　　要：膀胱因器质性病变需全切或不能用作贮尿器官时,采用手术方式使尿流排出体外的途径发生部分或全部改变,称为尿道改道术(包括以肠道代替膀胱,再与输尿管、尿道吻合,尿液仍经尿道排出)。After cystectomy, using a several different continent mechanism such as Kock pouch,Indiana pouch or Mitrofanoff's metnod, a reservoir was set up with a segment of small or large bowel, afterwards ureters were implanted in it, finally the reservoir was opened on the abdominal wall. The continent urinary diversion was presented. According to the merits and demerits of above three types of procedures'Indiana pouch is a simple, perfect and acknowledged technique. The aim of this article is to show the techique of modified Indiana poch which is different from the Indianapouch is increasing the capacity of reservoir as Indicated by the clinical data from 12 cases the operation technique is so good and no complications, come up to the therapeutic efficacy, which the reservoir can continent and easy to catheterize.
