摘　　要：职业犯罪有非常强的职业特点,因此对职业犯罪的道德调控应该是伦理学关注的一个非常重要的课题。职业犯罪也有深刻的道德根源,它是对道德的违背和破坏,也是社会道德力量弱化的一种表现。但是,人们职业价值观在当代的转变为对职业犯罪进行道德调控提供了可能性:对职业犯罪进行道德调控依赖于道德调控机制的建立和完善,但道德的发挥作用不是孤立的,道德存在本身不是抽象的。因此,对人们的价值观念、行为动机等能起到积极影响的作用机制都可以用来作为对职业犯罪进行道德调控的手段。Professional crime bears obvious professional features, so the moral control over professional crime is supposed to be a very important subject of ethics. Professional crime has deep moral root because it goes against and destroys the moral, which becomes a trend of weakness of social forces. However, the change of professional value makes the moral control over professional crime passible. It depends on the establishment and perfection of moral control system. But the function of moral is not single and the existence of moral itself is not . Therefore, the systems, which have positive effect on people's value and motivation, can be used as methods of moral control.
