摘  要:通过连续 5年马铃薯的育种研究 ,已创造筛选出 10份 2n配子频率 30 %以上 ,花粉育性强、抗青枯病与病毒病、晚疫病抗性较好、产量高、块茎性状较好的 2n配子材料 ,并与一批优良的 4X普通栽培种杂交 ,获得了45个 4X - 2X杂交组合 ,80 44 1粒实生籽 .从目前实生苗的长势长相来看 ,具有很强的杂种优势 .Through five consecutive years research, up to now over 10 parts of 2n gametes materials have been created and selected, whose 2n gametes frequency is over 30%, which have high male flower fertility, high resistance to potato Bacterial Wilt and Virus and Late Blight, high yield and high quality tuber. They have been crossed with some high quaity 4x common cultivated species to get 45 pairs of 4X-2X cross-groups and 80 441 seeds. The result showed that the seedling from the seeds has very strong cross-dominant position, in which high quality potato variety could be selected hopefully.
