手性噁唑硼烷催化前手性酮的不对称催化还原反应

摘　　要：由手性β -氨基醇与硼烷作用形成的手性口恶唑硼烷是一类性能优异的不对称氢化还原催化剂 .chiral oxazaborolidine by reaction of chiral β-amino alcohol and borane is a kind of asymmetric hydrogenation reduction catalyst with high quality. The relationship between the structures of catalyst as well as ketone enantioselective are summarized in this paper. The best condition of this catalyst system is also concerned.
