摘　　要：中国是处在社会主义初级阶段、生产力尚不发达的条件下入世的.因此,探讨民族产业如何应对国际资本的强力冲击这个问题很有必要.已有许多文章从企业、行业的角度对此作了阐述,该文则从政府的角度就如何维护民族产业安全提出了笔者的观点.China entered WTO under the conditions of primary socialism and underdeveloped productivity. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss how our national industry can face the fierce competition from international capital. This paper analyze the issue in terms of government.
