复合体外震波碎石术治疗独肾完全性鹿角型结石的体会(附25例报告)

摘　　要：1988年12月至1989年12月应用复合体外震波碎石术(ESWL+PNL或ESWL+PNL+URL……)成功地治疗了独肾完全性鹿角型肾结石25例,现报告如下。Combined use of PNL, URL and ESWL was carried out in success fully treating the 25 cases of total staghorn calculi in single kidney from DEC, 1988 to Dec, 1980. The calculi were full in renal pelvic and at least two calices. The average length of the calculi was 7.3 cm in diameter, the width was 4.6 cm. Most of the cases had undergone lithonephrotomy for 1-3 times at the affected kidney. How to coordinately use PNL, URL, ESWL and ureteral intubation are discused hereof.
