摘　　要：金融创新对于国有商业银行应对WTO挑战有着十分重要的意义 ,笔者在分析我国国有商业银行金融创新现状的基础上 ,对金融创新的制约因素进行了综合分析 ,并提出了推进国有商业银行金融创新的综合对策。Financial innovation is of great significance in state owned commercial banks′ reaction to the challenge of WTO.After the description of the present situation,the paper makes a comprehensive analyses on the obstacles to financial innovation,and provides some strategies to improve the present situation.
