摘　　要：马克思主义具有与时俱进的理论品质 ,是开放的 ,是发展的 ,必须随着时代的前进而不断升华。在世纪之交新的历史条件下和社会实践中 ,江泽民根据党情国情的变化 ,提出了“三个代表”思想 ,赋予马克思主义建党学说和科学社会主义理论以新的内容 。Marxism has theory character that it can make constant progress as time goes on. It is opening and developing, but it must rise to a higher level constantly as time goes on. When the new century replaces the old, under the new historical condition and social practice, according to variations of the Party and national conditions, Jiang Ze min produced “the Three Represent's” thought, gave new contents to Marx's theory of the Party building and scientific socialism, and so made a new combination between Marxism and chinese practice.
