摘　　要：2003年1月,全国银行间同业拆借与债券系统日均成交量较2002年12月略有下降。在资金供给宽裕的外部环境下,银行间市场利率在节前不升反降。现券市场继续保持复苏的走势,成交量较上月有所上涨。In January 2003, the average daily turnover of the national interbank funding and bond trading system dropped slightly in comparison with last month. Due to an oversupply of funds, the interbank market rate experienced a decline before the Spring Festival. However, the bond market continued to recover, with an increase in turnover over last month.
