摘 要:本文基于N S方程和标准k ε紊流模型,采用贴体坐标和非结构化网格,用SIMPLE算法,对带有间隙导叶叶栅进行三维不可压定常粘性流动数值模拟。详细研究比较了导叶有无间隙两种情况下的水轮机导叶水动力学特性,揭示了水轮机导叶端面间隙流动的运动规律以及间隙流动对主流的影响,计算结果与实验吻合。从而为分析导叶及上下端面的磨蚀以及水轮机的水力稳定性提供理论依据。The authors presented a numerical simulation of internal flows through the endwall clearance region in the guide vane of hydraulic turbines.The applied numerical model of 3D incompressible viscous flow was a standard kε model.The bodyfitted curvilinear coordinate and SIMPLE algorithm was adopted.The governing equations were discretized in nostaggered grids and treated with the finite volume method.The computational results were compared with experiment results.The characters of internal flow in guide vanes of hydraulic turbine with tip clearance were revealed,which can be used for analyzing the stability of the runner and the abrasion of the guide vane and its tip.
