摘  要:利用RT PCR及nPCR技术扩增出了C 株兔脾组织毒和广西玉林野毒 (GXYL) p80基因的一段长 94 2bp的序列 ,并将其克隆到PMD 18T载体中 ,测定其核苷酸序列并推导出了相应的氨基酸序列。比较C 株、GXYL株和已发表的Alfort株、Brescia株相应核苷酸序列及氨基酸序列同源性 ,核苷酸同源性最低为 87.4 6% ,最高为 98.0 8% ;氨基酸同源性最低为 94 .2 7% ,最高为 98.0 9%。The p80 genes of C strain derived from rabbit spleen tissue and GXYL strain were amplified by reverse transcription polymerase reaction(RT PCR) and nest polymerase reaction(nPCR) and were cloned and sequenced. Comparison on the nucleotide sequences and deduced amino acid sequences of the C strain,GXYLstrain.Alfort strain and Brescia strain showed that the homology of nucleotide sequence was from 87.46% to 98.08%, and that of the amino acid sequence A was from 94.27% to 98.09%.These prove again that the p80 gene is highly conservedin HCV.
