摘 要:通过对1983~1995年香梨杂交育种的观察,研究香梨与砀山酥梨、鸭梨、苹果梨进行正反交获得的541株杂交后代的遗传倾向,结果表明,杂交后代果实形状、肉质遗传倾向于亲本,倾亲率分别为70.2%和85.2%,且果心较亲本的小。香梨作母本时果形、果心遗传传递力较作父本时强。杂交后代果实品质变劣,劣变率为97.4%,香梨作母本的后代较作父本的品质好。The character inheritance trend of541hybrid seedlings derived from the crosses between Xiangli and Dangshan Suli,Yali and Pingguoli were analyzed.Results showed that the inheritance of fruit shape and flesh texture of the hybrid progenies were mainly trended to their parentage,by70.2%and85.2%respectively;and the fruit core was smaller than their parents.When Xiangli variety was used as female plant ,the heritability of its fruit shape and fruit core was stronger than when used as male plant ;while the fruit quality of97.4%of the hybrid seedlings was worse than Xiangli's quality.Results also indicated that the Xiangli variety would be better to be used as maternal plant for pear breeding.
