摘 要:本研究以新疆各主要棉花育种单位近几年来选育出的优质、丰产陆地棉新品种 (系 )为材料 ,估算了在新疆特定生态条件和栽培模式下陆地棉数量性状的遗传参数 ,为新疆棉区陆地棉新品种选育提供科学可靠的理论依据。遗传力的分析表明单铃重和纤维品质等性状可以在早代选择 ,而大多数性状最好在高代采用连续混合选择。新疆自育品种的遗传变异度都不大 ,说明新疆的遗传资源利用有限 ,应注意扩大亲本的遗传变异范围。聚类分析将所用材料分成六类 ,具体结果说明新疆主要育种单位在育种目标、育种技术和亲本选配上有相似之处。在新疆的育种工作中遗传基础贫乏的矛盾日益突出 。The new varieties with characteristic of high quality and high yield were selected by the main cotton breeding units in Xinjiang in recent years.Genetic parameters of quantitative characters were estimated under specifically ecological conditions and cultural patterns in Xinjiang.And these studies will provide scientific and reliable theoretical foundation for breeding selection of new upland cotton varieties in Xinjiang cotton production areas.Analysis of heritability demonstrated boll weight and characters of fiber quality can be selected during early stages of cotton growth while other characters had better utilize successive bulk selection.Genetic variation of Xinjiang varieties were not significant.These indicated cotton genetic resource was limited in Xinjiang, and should pay attention to enlarging scope of genetic variation of parents.All experimental materials were divided into six genus by cluster analysis,and the results demonstrated Xinjiang cotton breeding units had similarity in breedinggoals,breeding technologies and parents selection. During Xinjiang breeding work,the contradiction of genetic resource become remarkable increasingly.
