新疆棉区转基因棉花抗虫性的综合评价

摘　　要：以我国研制的转基因棉 (Bt)品系MD 80为材料 ,系统研究了对棉铃虫的控制作用。结果表明 ,转基因棉对棉铃虫初孵幼虫具有较强的杀虫活性。棉铃虫 5龄幼虫连续取食转基因棉叶片和棉蕾化蛹率与羽化率下降。棉铃虫成虫取食转基因棉花蜜产卵量和卵孵化率降低。棉铃虫The effect of Bt cotton cultivar MD 80 was evaluated in laboratory and field against cotton bollworm .The larvae poccessed a high mortality when they fed on Bt cotton leaves . The percentage of pupating and moth emerging lowered when the 5th instar larvae were fed continually with Bt cotton leaves . Oviposition and egg hatching rate lowered when adults fed on Bt cotton flowers.The behavior of 3rd instar larvae changed obviously when they fed on Bt cotton in the field.
