摘　　要：要缩小我国软件产业发展与世界先进水平的差距 ,需要政府大力支持 ;要完善企业管理体制 ;要改变产品结构 ,提高市场占有率 ;要大力培养软件人才。In this paper, the authors think that to eliminate gaps in software industry between China and advanced countries in the world, we need the supports of the government, and should improve the business management system, change product structures, occupy the market and train software professionals.
