摘　　要：针对目前籼稻加工过程中增碎过多 ,从设备选型、工艺配备、员工操作、原粮选购等方面对降碎工艺及设备进行探讨。To counter the tendency of that rice kernel breakage is over increased in the milling process of long-grain nonglutinous rice at present, this paper discusses how to decrease brokens from the aspects of equipment selection, technological provision, production operation and raw material purchasing etc.
