摘　　要：本文通过对美国政府与经济发展关系的考察 ,对美国政府结构、经济职能演变、政策的有效性、利益集团对政府决策的影响、美联储、审计总署等职能部门对政府权力的分离与制衡、政府宏观调控与经济增长等方面做了深入的比较分析。Through investigation on the relationship between public administration and economic development in U S A, the article intends to make a profound analysis of the following aspects concerning U S.government: transformation of the structure and economic function of U S.government; the efficiency of its policymaking; the influence of interest groups on policymaking; decentralization and balance of governmental powers among functional departments like U S.Federal Reserve and the Accounting Office, the government's macro-economic control and economic growth.
