摘　　要：亚洲金融危机给许多东亚国家经济的持续高增长提出了严峻的问题 ,经济分析家和政策制定者们越来越一致地认识到 ,对亚洲未来的经济可持续发展来说 ,改善公司治理结构是一项关键的工作。对改进和加强亚洲企业的公司治理结构来说 。The Asian financial crisis led to many critical problems in some Eastern-Asian countries about sustainable high-speed economic growth. Thus more and more economic analysts and policymakers have come to agree that the improvement of corporate governance structure in these countries is a key task to the future sustainable development of economy in Asia. To improve and strengthen corporate governance structure, some international banks and institutional investors can offer their help in reducing and solving some problems caused by dual mismatching of the duration of currency and loan as well as by the abrupt inflow of transformation capital.
