摘 要:对洛阳市的降水量、地表水资源量、地下水资源量及水资源总量进行评价。从总量中扣除维持生态系统功能所需的最小用水量 ,得出水资源可利用量。指出 ,目前洛阳水资源可利用率达 90 %以上 ,是洛阳多年平均水资源可利用量的上限 ,若要改善目前的生态状况 ,还需增加更多的生态水量。为制定洛阳市社会经济发展规划提供决策支持。The precipitation, surface water resources, groundwater resources, and total volume of water resources were evaluated for Luoyang City. The available volume of water resources of Luoyang City was obtained by deduction of the minimum volume of water consumption for maintaining the function of ecosystem from the total volume of water resources, and the available volume reached the upper limit of the long-term annual average value. It is also proposed that the water volume for ecologic utilization should be increased for improvement of the present ecological environment. The present research provides a decision-making support for the planning of social and economic development of Luoyang City.
